My name is Antoinette, i was born in California and moved to New York with my mom when i was 11, and I've missed Cali everyday since. I hate the snow and the cold. I found this site randomly threw another site and i cant wait to start swapping. I love getting and sending mail, and i love crafting but am never sure what to do with the things i make, so this is kinda the perfect site for me.

I love most any kind of music depending on my mood. I'm not the biggest fan of country music but do admittedly enjoy a handful of country songs. When i find a song that i absolutely adore i will literally listen to it on repeat for hours. I'm not even going to try and list all the artists i enjoy, but just off the top of my head I love David Bowie, The Pixies, Lily Allen, Jack off Jill, The Misfits, Adele, Muse, AFI, Rilo Kiley, Pink, Common, Coheed and Cambria, L7, Alicia Keys, Girl in a coma, The Clash, HIM, Don Omar, Journey, Metric, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, CocoRosie, Daddy Yankee, Goldfrapp, The Creepshow, Crystal Castles, AFI, Au Revoir Simone, Tegan and Sarah, Circa Survive, Jay-Z, LMFAO, Tom Waits, and Raised by Swans. I'll stop there so i don't get carried away.

I really don't read very often i don't have the attention span for it. But I love Kurt Vonnegut & I love comic books and graphic novels like Sandman, Watchmen, Preacher, Transmetropolitan, Witchblade, Vampirella, and Lenore, just to name a few. I also enjoy photographic and craft books.

I am a huge movie fan! I love (almost) anything done by Kevin Smith, Tim Burton, Takashi Miike and Quentin Tarantino, and anything with Bruce Campbell. Some of my favorite actors are ♥Alan Rickman♥, Johnny Depp, Bill Murray, Tadanobu Asano, Zach Galifianakis, Susan Surandon, Angelina Jolie, and Helena Bonham Carter. A few movies i could watch until the end of time are Lost in Translation, Stranger than Fiction, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Super Troopers, any muppets movie, and Labyrinth which I've loved since i was in kindergarten and used to tell people David Bowie was my husband, :P. I also really love classic movies, B movies, 80's movies and anything with zombies.

I absolutely love True Blood, Criminal Minds, Star Trek (TNG), Firefly, Strangers With Candy, Pretty Little Liars, Trailer Park Boys, The Vampire Diaries, Golden Girls, Quantum Leap, Eastbound and Down, The IT Crowd, Medium, Being Human(the UK version), Eerie Indiana, Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Dexter, and cartoons, kids cartoons, adult cartoons, 80's cartoons, and i love anime.

I guess my favorites would be scrapbooking, ATC's, Inchies, card making, collages and book making even though I'm not that great at it. I love fabrics and i wish i knew how to quilt. Unfortunately how to thread the sewing machine stumps me so quiltings kinda outta the question.

I'm not a real cutesy girlie girl. I'm not really into butterfly's, ladybugs and flowers. I'm not big on make-up, i have 2 eye shadows and 1 eye liner and its really all i need. I'm super picky when it comes to perfume and scented things. I'm not a fan of country decor and themes. And i don't really ware much jewelry or things in my hair. Other than these things I'm pretty open and I'm nearly impossible to offend, that's about it.
