World traveler, life long explorer. Current residing in Nor Cal. Born and raised in So Cal, 2 year stint in Japan exploring all that I could. I miss the sea but the valley puts me in between the ocean and the mountains.
I love lattes, cats, trains, ephemera, comics / graphic novels, 80s synth, geometric patterns and bold colors, music festivals and the out doors. HD/HP ATCs are always appreciated. I'm an illustrator and love doodling. Love Welcome to Nightvale too. I really love Zines too. I enjoy getting to make a little abstract story. Then when I receive one I love getting to see people's talents.
On the weekends I can usually be found on a road trip/day trip some where seeing the sights, and grabbing a bite to eat. Maybe I will just stay local and go for a hike or a walk around the city. I love where I live. I usually always will plan to grab a geocache or 2 as well.
I am trying to get in better shape and save money so I usually squeeze a workout at the gym in or a jog if the weather is nice enough. Or if I'm not feeling either I will just walk the city.
Things I like: -Studio Ghilbli -All things Japan -Trains -Geometric prints -Chevron or Tribal prints -Washi tape -Vintage (vague I know. I love vintage pyrex/water pitchers, royal Bauer, fire king to name a few.) -Green teas, brown teas -Ephemera -Ticket stubs -Original art- as in hand drawn or painted. Some collage is ok. -Flat things for journals -Light houses -Owls (My spirit animal) -Bear stuff. -Local brewery coasters -Maps -Welcome to Night Vale
Things I do not like: -Spiders -Black tea -Heavy floral prints -Make up -Frozen (Most Newer Disney. Pixar is good though) -bulky embellished ATCs. I appreciate the effort but sometimes I like to put them in my journal or in a frame. I would much prefer flatter atcs. Some paper layering is ok.
