10/28/17 -- UPDATE!!! I am feeling way better...thank you to everyone who wished me well!!!! I sincerely appreciate it!!! NOW...I am switching shifts at my job. I will now be working an "evening" shift (will run from 4:20 pm CST to 2:50 am CST), so you may notice some really odd times that I will answer messages and such.
10/14/2017 -- Just a little note! I have been super sick the past 2 weeks. When you get to know me better, you will know I don't miss work...so yes, whatever ailment hit me, I continued working my usual 12 hour a day factory job. I am starting to come up from it and I apologize for not getting to any messages quickly! But I am back ... still just a little slow!
I am 51 years young woman! I have 3 grown kids with 7 total grandbabies!!! I love to read all types of books, watch tv and movies, sew, quilt, cross stitch and scrapbook! I love to swap and write letters!!!! I work full time in a factory and actually enjoy it! I love heavy metal music and my favorite reading genre is fantasy and sci fiction.
FAVORITE BOOKS: Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Hobbit, Stephen King, Tom Clancy, Percy Jackson, Harry Potter
FAVORITE MOVIES: Braveheart, Resident Evil movies, LOTR movies, Harry Potter
FAVORITE BANDS: Metallica, AC/DC, In this Moment, Hellyeah; Thrice; Slipknot, Disturbed
THINGS I COLLECT AND LOVE:
Fabrics and trims -- I love picking up different fabrics -- doesn't matter the size because I quilt and make doll clothes. The funkier the colors...the better!!!! Fat quarters are always welcome!!!! Any color on trims....but I really love lace!!!
Paper Ephemera - I love shabby and vintage! Musical sheets are awesome! Anything from Tim Holtz would be loved and cherished
Vintage sewing patterns -- think anything from 1950 - 1970, especially kids patterns.
Scrapbook papers and embellishments - I have been scrapping for almost 30 years...Ask me, I may have the paper you are looking for!!
Postcards!!!!! I love them all!!!
Adult coloring pages
Stamped images!!!
Food - Do you have something special like candy or coffee you just want to share with the world? Try me!!!
Basically just surprise me!!!
Favorite Colors: Any shade of blue/turquoise; reds, pinks, purples
Favorite Animals: Dogs, wolves, foxes, hedgehogs, cows
Love water themes, sky themes and fantasy themes (fairies, steampunk and anime) and circus themes
LOVE all types of ATCS, rolodex cards, tags, and other mixed media !!! Bright or even tamer colors!!!
DISLIKES:
There really isn't any dislikes....I love a surprise!!! I do have 7 grandbabies, so even kids' stickers are welcome!!!
