What set were you going to get? The only recent one that was winter looking due to long sleeves was Whimsical Vanilla Chan. I got the OP of that series in lavendar. Didn't have any lavendar before that. Plus, I can get some use out of it all year long. I'm a figure skater and do it in lolita. It's always cold in the ice rink.
Yea, my wardrobe is mostly pink also. I'm trying to get other colors such as yellow, mint, blue, etc... I'm also getting some of the brighter AP colorways, such as Fantastic Dolly in red and Merry Making Party in navy.
In summer, I simply wear my JSKs with a lace cardigan over them. I also like light weight big floppy hats to protect my face from the hot summer's sun. It helps to keep me cool as well. I tend to wear thin or lacey tights (for a bit of color on my legs) or nothing at all in summer.
When you wear lolita, what styles do you wear? What is your favorite? I really like the new OTT sweet lolita style and I LOVE AP. Tho, lately, I've been getting a bit more adventurous with my lolita style, trying things like cowgirl lolita, mori girl lolita, etc.....
I was just reading through your profile. We have alot in common. I noticed you enjoy Japanese fashions, especially hime gyaru. Do you wear it? I tried once, with a more toned down makeup look. I'm more of a lolita tho. I like the more natural looking makeup in lolita and the frilly poofy dresses! It's so beautiful! I also enjoy how child-like and innocent it looks, since that is the type of girl I like for others to see me as.
