I'm a teacher (in my second year of teaching) and LOVE what I do. I'm not a native Texan, but am learning to appreciate the pride Texans have of our state. I have one dog (Annie - a greyhound) and one cat (Sammi). Both were adopted, both are black and white, both have my heart.

I listen mostly to Country Music - all kinds: Oldies and Newer stuff alike. I do like Contemporary Christian artists and occasionally listen to mainstream top 40 stuff.

I love to read, so I'll give any genre/author a try except the scary stuff. Not into all of that. At the top of my list is "Bridges of Madison County", "Memoirs of a Geisha", older John Grisham novels, "A Loss for Words", among others.

I like any genre except horror. Scary stuff isn't for me. I tend to lean more towards action flicks and chick flicks, however my favorite movie of ALL time is "Bambi" (ever since I was a kid).

I like to watch NCIS, Big Bang Theory, Friends, Bones, the Mentalist, Dirty Jobs, MythBusters, among others (whatever strikes my fancy at the time).

wow. This could get lengthy, but I'll keep it brief. I love to crochet, dabble in sewing and painting, scrap booking, and general all around doodling.

I honestly have no preferences with postcards other than the following:
