Hey everyone!

My name is Carolyn and I'm so excited to be back on swapbot and receiving happy mail again! I recently moved to a new city to complete my Master's in Teaching program, so I'm looking for new friends and connections from anywhere as I transition to this new stage of life :)

In my freetime, you can typically find me jamming out to music, writing letters, journaling, playing games with friends, or going on walks.

• I love love love journaling - whenever I go shopping, my number one impulse purchase is a new journal. I like using them for diary entries, collages, random doodles, lists, and overall mixed media.
• I love designing letters and envelopes with washi tape and pretty paper. I especially like papers with a soft, or wrinkly texture!

• I'm a total cat person. Anything with cats, I'm all for it. Call me a cat lady; I'll take that title with pride

• I am so interested in learning about different cultures, towns, and languages. Tell me a fun fact about you, something unique about your town, or something interesting about your native language. I'd love to hear it all!

• I gravitate towards cottage core and botanical themed things. I love floral/green stickers, papers, postcards, and tapes. I love any gardening themes and diagrams of plant structures.

• I use different paper scraps and decorative ephemera for designing journal pages and letters. Any cute paper you have, tags, notecards, memos... I would love to receive. I especially like paper with texture too.

I have lots of postcards and love swapping them! I mostly have a wide collection of vintage, scenery, architecture, and floral postcards, so if you swap with me that's probably what you'll see!
