What is there to say about me? I seem to never really stop. I spend my days being Larry's wife, Dalton's Mom-Mom, and a children's librarian. We have a very active Australian Shephard who the 2 year old aggravates as much as possible. I like to play games with my friends on the weekend. I'm trying to lose weight with 2 of my girlfriends also.

I was an Army brat growing up. (My husband will tell you that I'm STILL a brat -- but I ignore him) I have lived in at least 7 states and Germany. When my dad retired, I started attending the VERY small high school he went to. I graduated with 95 other kids. I went on to study Elem. Education at a small-ish college.

I love books. I listen to books in my car (I'm a bit snobby about the narrators though - they have to be GOOD) and read whenever I'm sitting still. I also love being creative. I can crochet, knit, cross-stitch, scrapbook, make all kinds of jewelry, and own a tie dying business. i also enjoy cooking and HATE cleaning! :)

My favorite colors are browns and blues for decorating the majority of my house. My bathroom is bright colors (for now) with fish as the main theme. My kitchen is yellow and sunflowers.
For clothing my favorite colors are purples, blues, and reds/pinks.

I collect penguins and butterflies. I also collect stuff with flip=flops on it.

COUNTRY by far is my favorite. I also like classical and piano music, 80s music, and some pop. Occassionally you'll find me listening to other things, but those are the main types of music I like.

Oh where to start. When I was small I liked Dr. Seuss. When I was a teen I read Sweet Valley High as fast as they were written. Now I like romance and funny books.

My favorite authors are Janet Evanovich, Nora Roberts, Debbie Macomber, Kristin Hannah, Diana Mott Davidson, Meg Cabot, Jayne Ann Krentz, and more.

My favorite children's and YA authors are Eric Carle, Mem Fox, Dr. Seuss, Eoin Colfer, J.K. Rowling, Meg Cabot, and Sharon Creech.

Grey's Anatomy, 2 and a half men, Friends, Rachael Ray, Food Network, loads of Reality shows (more than I care to name :) ). Biggest Loser is a great show too!

I love to do crafts. Right now I'm WAY into jewelry making. I also know how to knit and crochet, cross-stitch, and paint. As one of my co-workers says, "Is there a craft you don't do?" Well, yes...I am really not interested in doing ATCs. Maybe someday, but not now.

The scent I dislike the most is coconut. I also cannot eat coconut. I am allergic to anything to do with shellfish.
