hi, so i listened to Buddha bar. they have many many cds and i understand that is it a mixed artist cds. I liked only a few songs like Kirwani and Kayah&Bergovic. I listened to them on grooveshark.com.
I myself was not in Mandi. We watched a film about a funeral there and read textx about the rituals there. We were sitting in the classroom :) But our teacher made it very clear that in every region in India there are different rituals, depends on the Brahman and the tradition. So we only learned some facts about Mandi and not about other parts in India.

Hello! Salut! Comment ΓΒ§a va ?
I had fun reading through your profile! Thanks for mentioning new things to read and listen to. I will look into Rumi, Hafiz & Gibran and Buddha Bar. I just started knitting, its hard in the beginning, I always drop the thread, but after I am better with knitting I want to start crocheting. Decoupage is fun! Do you want to decoupage only with paper or do you want to do furniture or decoupage on vase? I found great tutorials on youtube about decoupage.
This is so awesome!
I am a member on postcrossing too, but not very active lately.
To which regions do you travelled so far inside India? I study on the university religion and last semester i had a class about the Hindu death rites in Mandi (Himachal Pradesh), its in the North of India. It was very confusing, so many things that are important to do it right, it was really interesting. Whats the main religion in your region?
Hi there! I'm one of your partners for the Positive Comment swap, but it appears we're already friends, so that's a positive comment in itself!:) Like you, I'm a well-traveled person in love with all things beautiful, original, and outside of the everyday. I also think there's great beauty in the pre-Raphaelites, as well as the Victorian eras, and love art, books, and costumes from different cultures and time periods. So, it appears we have much in common! Hopefully we'll have a chance to swap again soon!:) Hugs,*~ Alayna
