I live in the capital of Australia - Canberra. I work in a museum putting the exhibitions together. When I'm not working, I like to listening to music and I'm involved in community (college) radio, photography and drawing. I mainly do urban landscapes (photography) and illustration (pen & ink) style work. I also like sewing. Lately I have been making funky little dresses for my manfriend's 3 year old daughter.

I like cats, the colour red, art deco design and architecture, gardening, jewellery, vintage toys, cooking.

I am very new to swap-bot, a friend put me onto it, but I am very excited by all the snail mail and creativity it will bring me!

So many it is hard to narrow it down, but I"m currently listening to Kora, Fat Freddy's Drop, Sufjan Stevens, Vampire Weekend, a mix of old music, a bit of African music (desert blues and street blues from the Congo). I am open to all styles of music, I currently do a World music program which has exposed me to such a wide variety of music.

I love the following directors... Tim Burton, the Coen Brothers, some of Quentin Tarantino's films, John Waters. Other films include Shawn Of The Dead, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Ghostworld... Hmmm, I'm sure I'll think of more... lots of black humour.
