Hi my name is Kathy and I live in a very small town in southern Ohio USA. I have been married for 30 years and we have two great daughters. I am an intervention teacher in a small high school not far from my home. I like meeting new people and crafting and swaping is a great way for me to "meet" new people.
I love being at the beach and would buy a house there if I could talk my husband into it.

I don't have a website, not even sure how to go about getting one!!

I love anything Elvis Presley and know most of his songs by heart. I like the music from the 50s and 60s. I dont have an ipod! I do like to listen to the radio.

Next to crafting, reading is my favorite pastime. I love best sellers. John Grisham and John Patterson are a couple of my favorite authors. I read 4 or 5 books a week when I am on summer break from the school year. I visit my local library two and three times a week. Unfortunately I don't get much time to read during the school year.

I like movies but only when I can watch them at home. I like to do other things while watching movies. I like Tom Hanks, Adam Sandler, and movies made from books.

I am a HUGE Survivor fan and have never missed an episode since it has been on. I think Jeff Probst is the bomb!! I also love game shows and home improvement shows. I don't really watch alot of TV though, I prefer reading and surfing the web.

MY favorite crafts are small personalized items that are painted. I do many crafts and am always trying something new. I have done a few craft shows and sell personalized teacher gifts. I have made jewelry, love to cross stitch and sew. I would love to learn how to crochet better so I guess I will teach myself. I love buttons and beads. I love to make beaded bookmarks and then give them as gifts to my reader friends. I got the Cricut Expression for Christmas and have cut out things for some banners and such.

I love getting packages/envelopes/etc. in the mail. I am like a kid at Christmas when I get a craft package. I love trying to make new things using the things in the boxes. If you don't get your swap package from me, plese let me know as soon as you can and I will gladly send another one. If you don't like something I send, please let me know and I'm sure I can find something else. I just ask that you pass it on to someone who might be able to use it. I won't have hurt feelings. I am looking forward to many happy swaps!!!!

I use coupons regularly to try and save money at the grocery store. I like Pert shampoo, Crest toothpaste, Charmin toliet tissue and Scrubbin Bubbles Cleaner. I also use Tide laundry soap and Downy fabric softener.

I love trying new pens, such as Sharpie, and any other kind of office supply. Postit notes, markers, white out etc. These come in handy in my classroom and I usually have to spend my own money to buy supplies.

I love to craft so anything in those areas would be good as well.

We don't have many options as far as shopping goes where I live. We have a Kroger, WalMart and a Dollar General.
