Oh my gosh! Remember that Apple Cider Pot Roast recipe you sent me? Well. I cooked it last weekend. You were not kidding the yumminess of it! I didn't have cider, but used natural apple juice. Wow. Thank you soooooooooo much for sending it to me! I think it became a family favorite for my crew :) Ginny
Possums are wonderful! They've got such character and can seem so grumpy, but be either the fiercest or most gentle creature. People who think wildlife doesn't have personalities have never met a possum. And the babies are just the best!
Oh, I'm so glad you like your little present! And I'm glad your son likes my beet...he was a plushie I made that was commissioned by a beet lover, and on the back is embroidered "To beet or not to beet." Hee!
