Hi!

My name is Srijoni and it means creativity in Bengali. I usually go with 'Sri' because people have a hard time pronouncing my name and who needs that kind of trouble!

I live in the capital of India; Delhi. India is a wonderful place. Many, many languages, cultures, food, tons of festivals; just enough to have a holiday every other week. I have never been outside this country but I'd love to travel the world someday!

I am 18 years old and just on the brink of going to college soon. There has been a lot of free times since school got over and since I have always loved the idea of having pen pals, I have spent the last month writing to people around the world!

My hobbies include drawing, painting, singing and all that jazz. I've recently picked up skateboarding. I have a huge bucket list in my head, full of things I want to try and be good at, skateboarding is one of them. So is learning a new language! Currently, I speak Bengali, Hindi and English.

I absolutely love listening to music and it has been an important part of my life since I was a wee kid. I love lists as well so here's a list of some musicians that I really enjoy:

I wish I could tell you something very unique about myself but I'm afraid there's nothing as cool. I'm incredibly scared of geckos and what lies ahead. I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue and I have double jointed elbows. I love watching shows about food. Sims is my all time favourite game. I love watching TV shows such as Brooklyn 99, The Office, Money Heist and what not. I love dogs..and animals, in general. I absolutely love reading books and poetry. However, I'm not the best at writing..but I try.
