I see you had trouble with a NO SEND swap! I had the same problem with someone in Australia!!! :( You should contact the Administration and see if they can get that taken off for you--they looked into it for me!
Anyway I also see you have LOTS of Hearts, and so you are deffinately welcome in my swaps! You should not have to have a low rating because of this one person!
