Hi! My name is Staci, I am a stay at home mom with 2 kids Jayden 3 years old and Cadi 8 months old. I am originally from Virginia, but my husband is Navy and we just transferred to Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC. Hoping to meet new friends here!

Favorite Music

I listen to all different kinds of music, mostly alternative. My favorite musician right now is James Morrison, and my favorite band is Maroon 5

Favorite Books

I like any mystery novel, my favorite is James Patterson

Favorite Movies

I like action, suspense, and comedy movies. My favorite recent movies I have seen are Pan's Labyrinth, 300, and Hannibal Rising. I also love any Disney movie! We are big Disney fans, I have gone every year since I was 3. My son loves Mickey mouse clubhouse.

Favorite Television

The Closer, Monk, Psych, Mickey mouse clubhouse, and My friend Tigger and Pooh are what is usually on in my house.

Favorite Crafts

I love latchooking, just don't get very much time with little ones. I have always wanted to take some craft classes. I also love writing letters. I hope to meet some penpals.

Likes and Dislikes

As for my likes and dislikes...My favorite color is green especially olive green. I like Jewelry preferably hoops and hairclips. I like anything wild and out of the ordinary. I like anything Disney, I have a 8 month old and a 3 year old that I love shopping for!! I find that when I go shopping I rarely get myself anything because I always find the cutest stuff for them :) I love animals especially cats!! I like perfume and yankee candles- anything that smells good :) I also love spa stuff- anything to help relax after a long day with my kids.. I am a hand/tote bag fanatic! I also collect scarves- I love them! I wear them all winter. As for things I dislike ... spiders, snakes, and rude people. Can't think of anything beyond that right now-may have to add more later.

Also- for the sock swap I have huge feet I wear a size 10.

UPDATE!! I also dislike fireants....yeah stepped in a nest/mound whatever you call it today- feet are now swollen and itchy...not good!

Pets

I have two cats Lilo and Stitch, a red eared slider turtle Speedy, and a cockatiel Budbird.

Comment: Sorry to hear about your mom's group troubles, I can definately relate as I too am in a mom's group [although not a military one]...thank you SO much for the coasters, my favorite is a toss up between "if you want same day laundry service-do it yourself" and "gotta go, the kids chewed through their straps". They definately made me smile :) and the HUGE bag of my favorite candy...that was HEAVEN for a pregnant woman :) :) :) Thanks so much, and I hope things go smoother with your group.
