First of all, little Zoey is precious! She a cute dog : ) I also love dogs! I have a Lab and a Shichon and I love them so much!! Your ATCs are so pretty! I haven't had a chance to try my hand at those yet but I do like yours a lot. I also believe you can never have too much washi haha I use it just about everywhere!! You seem to have so many crafty interests and that is so fun! I am pretty much sticking the the scrapbooking side of things, but I love how you can knit and make jewelry and ATC and more! That is so amazing!

I found the Baku, a Japanese creature who is similar to the Tapir, who eats peoples dreams and nightmares. He is often depicted as a miniature elephant with boar's tusks and tigers claws. There are many depictions and variations of this creature through out Japanese Anime and Manga in today (look no farther than pokemon to see ie drowsey). The word Baku is also used for the Malaysian Tapir in modern language as well.

In many Gaelic cultures, they are known as, “The Good Neighbors,†or, “The Folk,†which further associates them with Faery lore. They are both honored and feared among the locals, for they can both be benevolent and malevolent creatures depending on how they're treated.

The lake in which it dwells also varies; it is variously said to live in Llyn yr Afanc, a lake near Betws-y-Coed that was named after the creature.
