i am sorry that stacirose can do nothing but insult you. it is libelous, her saying you should consider "professional help". and if she did try and go to a lawyer, i am sure they would just laugh at her. i know you were kind enough to offer to send her an additional package, even asking her point blank what she would like and you were rebuffed.

i would say to just forget about her and her bitter behavior. she obviously is retaliating against you because of a rating you left someone else. no matter what you send her, either the actual swap or any "makeup" package you could send, i doubt anything will make her happy in the slightest or deter her behavior.

i and many others know what a good and kind person you are so keep your chin up!
