Response: I couldn't tell exactly what languages they were. The book cover says "Harrap's Verbes Neerlandais La conjugaison complete de plus de 200 verbes neerlandais" so I was guessing Netherlands but now I see it was published in France, so you are probably correct! Thanks for the heart!
