Comment: Oh Ive always liked One tree hill. What did you think about them skipping 4 years? I didnt think it would work and possibly hurt the show but I liked that they did it. I LOVED Felicity!! I am watching season four in my workout room while I work out lol And Gilmore Girls too *tear*
Response: Oh I know, I almost stopped watching One Tree Hill because of the 4 yr skip. It seemed weird the first couple of episodes but they worked it out well! Felicity has to be my all time favorite show, I have a shirt that I wear around the house that says Ben or Noel, lol.

Comment: Edited: Changed rating to a 5 after receiving e-mail from Swapper & re-reading the vague Swap Guidelines. Swapper did send what some will call "ribbon". (I consider ribbon 1" wide or less & good quality that can be used in Papercrafts and as per my Profile.) I did receive some fiber, 2 felt rick rack & very wide craft ribbon (2 1/2 " wide) with wire. I considered the quality of everything received to be sub par. I am not being rude. I was disappointed. As a seasoned Swapper on several other sites, I was expecting good quality and "assumed" that all Swappers would be sending items as good as what I sent to my Swap Partners.
Response: I sent plenty of ribbon at least double the length according to the swap directions. I sent the fibers as extras. This rating is unfair since I fulfilled the swap according to the directions. I am sorry that she isn't happy with what she received but I did fulfill this swap correctly, so this is an unfair rating. I have contacted stampcrazyjulie since she is new and I am hoping for a re-rate.
