I am not a huge fan of store bought ginger snaps, but I like homemade ginger snaps much more. It is true that Christmas brings them out and I often make them and they are one of the cookies I put on gift food plates I give away during the holidays. I will look forward to trying your recipe this year and I'm sure I will receive great feedback. I will proudly be adding your recipe to my ever-growing recipe postcard collection.
