Handmade Flowers~Tulle For this swap you will be making some flowers using tulle. It is super easy to do. I will post tutorials if you need some ideas. Please make 4 flowers, any color and no bigger than 2 inches. Please do your best work so we can use them in our altered art projects! For center you can use pearls, rhinestones, vintage buttons etc... Be creative! 4 Handmade Tulle Flowers for 1 partner. Max size 2 inches. Thanks for joining!
