Description:

The last few weeks, I've been participating in some holiday swaps, and my nephew, Keith, said he wanted to get some presents in the mail, too. So, I am creating this "Holiday Swap for Young Children", so that the children in our lives can participate in a holiday swap like the grown-ups are. :-)

So, for this swap, you will choose ONE child who will be the recipient of gifts being sent for this swap and you will specify their first name, age, and gender in the comments below... The child should have a wish list in your profile, or you should list one below in the comments. When shopping for our partner's child, I think it would be more fun to have our own children (or grandchildren, or nieces or nephews, etc.) help shop for the gifts to make them really feel like it is their swap. :-)

This swap will have a value of $5 to $10, and is USA ONLY to keep the cost of shipping down. Items can be handmade, gently used but in good condition, or new - it's up to you. You can choose to send one gift, or several small gifts (for example, you could choose to send multiple dollar store items).

The gifts should be wrapped in holiday paper, and you should include a holiday card for the recipient child (signed by your participating child, if possible, but either way please include a card).

To keep ages similar/close, the age range for this swap will be 0 to 8 years old.

If you're comfortable with the package arriving in your child's name, please let us know that in the comments, otherwise the package will arrive in the adult participants name.

(If you have more than one child, and your partner decides they would like to send a gift for each child, it is completely up to them. The requirement for this swap is ONE child will recieve a holiday gift.)

Now for the participation requirements: Minimum rating of 4.95 with NO one's or three's in the last six months. You must live in the USA, and have a child between 0 and 8 years old who will be the recipient. You must have a COMPLETELY filled out profile (like mine) or you WILL be dropped from the swap - one or two short paragraphs is NOT a full profile. To reduce flaking, unrated users will not be able to join in.

To reiterate, the rules of this swap are:
- Send the participating child a gift or mulitple gifts with a value of $5-$10. Gifts can be gently used, handmade, or store bought...
- The gift(s) must be wrapped in holiday paper and a Christmas Card must be included to meet swap requirements.
- This is USA only, for children 0-8.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to PM me.
