For this swap, create 3 Halloween themed envelopes for your partner to use sending mail - so they have to be within standard mailable size. Please, no square envies as they cost more to mail. You can decorate with rubber stamps, doodles, collage - or make envelopes with Halloween print scrapbook paper. Minimum 4.97 rating, no recent or unexplained 1's.
