For this swap you will make 1 ATC and mail it in a matching decorated envelope. This is senders choice.

The ATC must measure 2.5 x 3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. NO ATC's with just stickers! Use glitter, paint, stamps, embellishments, brads, rhinestones, ribbon, or whatever you like to make your ATC look it’s best.

The envelope must be decorated to match your ATC. can be stickers, paint, stamps what ever you choose.
