Art Techniques ATC- Do the background first

Another easy art technique. This time instead of painting an image and then doing the background, you will do the background first.
Materials:
Watercolour ATC blank
Watercolour paints or watered down acrylics
Instructions:
1. Lightly draw your image using a soft pencil (B pencils are soft)
2. Have your paint ready.
3. With a small brush wet all around your image with clear water- be careful not to go over the lines.
4. Quickly drop in colours of your choice- because you put the water down first, the paint will spread and mix.
5. LET IT DRY
6. When dry you can add some detail or shadows on to your white image.
7. LET IT DRY
8. When thoroughly dry, gently rub out the pencil lines.

Make 1 ATC for your partner.

I have up the minimum rating to 4.90.

The image shows 3 ATCs with just the backgrounds done.
