tPCC: Wellness spell bag, add an item

Please make sure you read the entire description as this is going to be an unusual "swap".

Imagine, please, I am creating a spell bag to maintain my excellent health. It's a magical bag, it'll hold anything and everything. If you want to add a cup of rose hip tea, my bag can take it.

In the swap comments below you will tell me what you would add to the bag, to maintain my excellent health. Try to not add something someone has already suggested (how many rose quarts crystals can one girl use?) But if someone suggests sprigs of mint, feel free to suggest yarrow flowers.

Really think about what you do to keep yourself well.

I already know the bag is pink and has an invocation to Hygieia, written in purple ink, on parchment paper, inside it. What should I add next?
