What do you mean by the type that closes tight? Are you talking about a hard case that closes with a spring? Or does it need a snap? Can it be a soft fabric one?

Fabric ones are tough to alter for other uses besides glasses. The hard ones are best.

Can the person that gets my name do a sunglass case??? That would be fabulous because I do not wear regular glasses :)

You can request it. But if they can't find a case that deep........ The case I got is now a sewing kit for my purse. You know as in travel sewing kit. So the cases are not necessarily going to hold glasses.
