Hi Paola! I have to admit, I love Holiday baking/cooking! When our kids were little, we used to fix a full Thanksgiving dinner, choosing menus from around the world! SUCH fun! Now, my favorite Holiday food is Lefse, Norwegian potato thin bread, similar to tortillas. My Norwegian grandmother used to send them to us. I'm not as skilled as she was! I love them warm, with butter, sugar, and cinbamon. There are lots of recipes on Pinterest!
