Hi there :)

My name is Chiara and I'm a Swiss-Italian girl, studying Sign Languages and Speech disorders at university. I was born in Italy, but I spend a lot of time in the Swiss mountains in the middle of nature, silence, and friendly squirrels! In all this, I have an adorable cat! She's the apple of my eye, and every excuse is good to ask for some caresses!

I am a girl, who would never want to stop studying. I love going to the theatre and immersing myself in books while being accompanied by classical music! I am constantly on the lookout for niche authors, so if you like, recommend me a good book, please! So, as you can deduce, I'm in love with everything related to culture! I have a special bond with butterflies because I believe they are my brothers looking down on me from Heaven! Moreover, my greatest passion is painting with watercolors!

What I really enjoy the most are fairies and Tausendschön postcards, LouPaper postcards, Mila Marquis, Nina Chen, Susan Wheeler, Minna Immonen, Virpi Pekkala, Kaarina Toivanen, Gaëlle Boissonnard, Jehanne Weyman, Irina Garmashova’s illustrated cats and all nordic illustrations!

My favorite places are the sea at sunset and natural landscapes covered with snow. I find them to be a true poem. I love hearing what it stirs in people, what emotions and memories are! I think it's important to express what our heart says, no matter what the situation!

I am fond of Mumin, calligraphy, and lettering so use this site to practice these and share some 'happy mail' :)

I don't like anime at all but I love Masha and Bear cartoon. I find it very cute and it reminds me of my childhood which was really wonderful.

I really appreciate that the back of the postcards, like the envelopes, are hand-painted, they are so unique! Don't be afraid to write, fill out cards or letters as much as you can!
