Comment: It's been 16 days since the swap ended. If you were out of country I would wait another week or so to rate, but 16 days is enough time to have mailed a package within the USA. I will rerate if I receive the journal.
Response: I did mail it!!! It must have gotten lost in the mail. I will remake another and send it out ASAP! I am so sorry that it got lost.
