Comment: I love this Eric Carle post card!! I do get very nostalgic about the hungry caterpillar book. It’s also the book that I give to my friends when they have babies! So, it may have been one of my favourite, but I do not have any specific visual memories about it that I can recall. My favourite book that I can recall, was a large brown hard cover encyclopedia or dictionary book that had lots of colourful drawn pictures. I’m not sure it was intended to be a children’s book or not, but I do remember packing it around a lot. My favourite bug as a kid was probably all of them….i was fearless and curious 😅 my mom probably did not appreciate that about me as a child 😹

Comment: What a lovely postcard!! so pretty, and yes we (rarely) get snow here, but i live on the coast so not as much down here at sea level!! up closer to the mountains there is a bit more, but we all long for that one day where we might get to stay home LOL. We had an easy enough winter this year though, now spring is just being a bit irrational :) Hope you have a great week and still getting some summer days as fall comes in!

At least I tried, right? I'm so happy you've been able to bake and I heard baking is so calming and fun! I hope one day I can successfully bake something without it being ruined!! Comment: Thank you for the pretty floral postcard. I've only tried regular red watermelon. I knew there were yellow ones. I think I've seen it as a variety in seed catalogs but I didn't know there was orange pink and white, too. I need to check out my local farmers market.

Comment: Thanks for the postcard, I like that it matches the theme! I did listen to Slow Sipper and I enjoyed it - I can see why it makes you feel fancy when you listen to it! I just got the card in the mail today - I believe it was so late because it was missing a stamp. Surprisingly, there's no postage due or anything. Somehow it slipped under the radar and was just a bit delayed!

Comment: Thniks for the unusual PC -- funny, I've never been aware of a scent in a Barnes & Nobel store-- and I go to the one in our mall quite a lot. But somethings I think I am not particularly sensitive to scents.
Response: That is A okay! Sometimes I think that there are so many scents that we become saturated with them, and they can go easily unnoticed.
