Comment: Sorry that I had to rate 3 on this. Mailby date was Dec 25, 2023, you marked sent on Jan 5, 2024 with no comunication as to why it was going to be sent late. Also the postmark which I usually do not use as they can be done well after sent, was 16 Jan 2024. I loved the cards and they will be sent on in later swaps , I also like the stickers. I had my great granddaughter here this afternoon when I opened the envelope and she loved the flower set. I might let her take them home the next time she is here.

So great to hear, you were lucky enough to know both sets of grandparents and knew your mom's grandpa.😊 I knew both sets of grandparents as well. They have been gone for years now and I still truly miss them. I also knew my mom's grandpa and got to be with him up until 1982. I was pregnant with my 1st child in 1982 and she was due June 1982 and grampy passed 4 months before she was born. He wanted so much see her born and become great great grandpa. He and I were so very close.
