Love that I have some Alice in Wonderland booksmarks and some great samples of washi-most I have never seen before-and a lot of kitty ones. Comment: Thanks for the happy mail, Linda! It was nice to be reminded of the simple joy of paper snowflakes, we did these with our mom when we were little and I did them with my kids when they were little! I think I'll bring them up to mu mom's house and hang them in her window..! The recipe looks much like the chicken soup I make, though I put lots more vegies in it...Like parsnips and turnips and such! Yum!

Comment: I love your tattoo idea! Yeah, getting one is a big commitment! First you have to love it enough to have it permanently placed on your body, second, it's painful, and third you want to pick a great artist, who listens to what you want. Placement is important too...do you want to show it off, will it affect your job, do you want to be able to see it? Comment: It came WELL in advance of the due date, and I'm so sorry I forgot to rate!! It's waiting safely in my hanging mail holder with two or three other swap Christmas gifts... I'm going to pull them all out this weekend and put them with gifts I'm wrapping (I'm training the puppy all week NOT to eat Christmas presents, with empty wrapped boxes until I feel more confident about his personal restraint!!!!) Also, the little Christmas postcards are so adorable... thank you very much! (edit: oh thank you... what fun adorable little stampers!!!! I've been playing with them all morning :-)

Response: I can't get over how much fun they are to do. I've started working on a piece of watercolor paper that is two wide and two high and when I'm done. I'll cut it into four ATCs. Creative exploration is the best.

Comment: In my classroom, I have a wall of happy. It's a combination of the kids' art, pictures that make me smile, and ATC's that exude happiness. Whenever, I'm feeling down or having a rough day, I look at the wall and think of all of the things that make me happy. The quote and the butterfly make it perfect for my wall. Comment: Got two great ATCs in the mail today! I never thought about using metallics for Zentangles, I'll have to try it sometime. The owl was great, too -- you really can make anything out of squares and circles. Nicely done!

The difference between a vegan and a vegetarian is that a vegan doesn't use any animal products, a vegeterian simply doesn't eat meat (but can use leather etc). I still eat cheese and fish, but I'm planning to drop the fish after a while. Wishing you a wonderfull day and happy swapping! :-)
Response: Patrick is very sweet but into everything. My husband is a SAHD for the moment and it's kinda fun to watch the tables turned as he copes with the daily growth spurts and changes! (I don't think he knew how much work it was when I stayed home with our first.)
