Comment: Thank you for the excellent postcard and your explanation. I like these not obvious sorts of postcards. I agree that it's important to remember historic events like your Civil War. I don't like current efforts to rewrite history like the Polish Holocaust deniers and saying our Civil War wasn't about slavery - it was.

Comment: I love the zine. It's awesome. I might try doing my 3rd quarter one that way. I'd recommend 'Girl in a Band' by Kim Gordon for a strong female musician memoir. Even if you're not into Sonic Youth her descriptions of life in 1980's New York and all the amazing creativity happening there is well worth reading about.

Comment: I can't believe it got here so quick! the envelope is so cool and the stamps! I knew who it was from as soon as I saw it! It's all so cool and moominy! Now I want to live in Finland, purely to get moomin stuff, then again I don't speak Finnish, so maybe a holiday is a better idea. I'll be sending yours out soon, I have all the stuff but had a pretty horrible birthday (my dog was really ill so we had to have him put down, worst day ever). I just need to get it all packaged up and sent so hopefully it'll be done by the end of the week :)
