Comment: Great postcard! I love receiving each other's first attempts at new crafts -- I think it's one of the gifts we can give each other, encouragement to try new things. And my favourite bird is probably the nuthatch, just because I think they are beautiful to look at! We occasionally get them on our bird feeder in the back garden.

Comment: WOW. I am super spoiled!! First, the swap came yesterday. I'm like a Sunday delivery? What did I order from Amazon? Jen brought it in and said "What did you order from Lush?" I was like "nothing". She insisted the package was from Lush and damn, it wasn't far off. This really made my day. I loved absolutely everything in this package so much. Last night I soaked my troubles away in my bath bomb munching on a chik o stick. This is the reason I wanted such a swap in such a group. It couldn't have been a better swap. Comment: I've never been to Lubbock, I am going to have to check it out one day! I love Buddy Holly's music and it's sad he left us so young. Today I think they would call it "Golden Oldies", or "Uber-oldies" if you want to sound trendier! Thank you!

I had heard of La Llorona and wrote a little about her in my graduate thesis that compared old stories with urban legends. I have also heard another Latin legend about someone at a dance who later saw that their partner had hooves and they had actually danced with the Devil. Cool stories, thanks again!

I love it :) I have so many favorite musicals but I would have to say my top favorites are Motown, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, The Lion King, Sugar, and Beauty and the Beast <3 I haven't heard of Hamilton but I looked up the song list in Spotify and I never thought I'd be so hooked on history songs haha; these songs are amazing! Comment: I just realised I still need to rate you! As you know the main part of the swap was stolen, almost certainly by customs, but the heart is for the thoughtful "extras" that did reach me, and for your willingness to do different things to compensate to some degree for what was lost <3
Response: No worries at all. I sent the PC with Peanuts stamps yesterday to your friend and took a photo of it as well. I hope it reaches her, please let me know if it does not and I can re-resend. I hate that the customs people stole things that were mostly useless to them, most likely. Who knows, maybe we should be checking ebay!

I'm not joking! Search the internet for Lake Minnehaha in Florida, I sometimes drive by it on my way to my doctor's clinic or on my way to the Clermont Post Office. Well, now I know there is a matching Falls in Minn, MN!

Comment: For a second I thought that your id was "StabbySeg" and I thought STABBY? COOL!! If you've ever read her blog, Jenny Lawson has a thing about being "stabby". She's not for the faint of heart, but she's hilarious if you like her type of humor. Question: did you try the Graze box? I keep seeing ads, but am too cheap to try it. How was it?
Response: Hahaha sometimes people call me stabbysteg, though I typically have a medium to long fuse. I have tried Graze. I like it OK, more so because I love trying new foods and things. :D A lot of the savory items are pretty good but I am finding I am not down with the dried fruits mainly because of the diet I am on.

Response: Hi there, thanks for the rating, I had hoped you'd like that one. When you get a big enough collection it is a little easier to find neat ones because you can be more picky about what you buy. I found that one at Barnes and Noble in their very messy stack of single PCs that I organized for them for free. ;)
