Comment: Moms letting me use her computer again. I have read your letter Buster and I also get cases of the zoombies and mom stomps her feet and it makes me go wild! Moms can be so funny at times! I am really happy you mom and dad found you! My sister Honey Badger was bought from a couple on craigs list she was just used to breed pug puppies it took a while for me to trust her as she wasn't nice but we are bestest friends now I am happy mom and dad rescued her! I have many pug friends that have their tongue hanging out due to teeth issues and they do great! Thank you for the photos I am sure we would be best friends if he meant at the dog park!

The execution is just so creative; namely the giant ric rac for the sauce and the gingham fabric that looks like a pizza restaurant's table cloth. You did a fantastic job! I also loved the pizza slice it had in it's hand. The washi tape is wonderful as well. Thank you for an awesome swap!
Response: I'm so glad you like it! Thank you again for the extension in sending it to you. The pizza slice in it's hand I only stuck on with regular tape in case you wanted to affix it elsewhere. The patch is supposed to be permanent once the plastic backing comes off, so I thought I'd leave it up to you. Thank you for the great rating. Happy swapping !

Response: I Love the images you sent me, and you sent plenty! I'm so glad you like the ones I sent! Honestly, that's not even a third of the stamps I have at home, and I'm always buying more at thrift stores and flea markets. It's an addiction, I swear! The Spock stamp came from a Savers thrift store. I have a Kirk one too, but it seems like it was heat damaged in it's last home and doesn't print anything more than lumpy smudges. Let me know if you ever want more!

We listen to audio books and I like the ones w the recipes. Now we are listening to books about a cookie shop owner and I just finished one about a spice shop owner. Definitely you should put aside a crappy book, if you aren't feeling it. I had to as well. I have one book that was on my maybe list to read but I just couldn't get into it. I read about 12% and then moved on to something else. I dunno if I'll ever finish it, it just didn't interest me. Hope you had fun and you'll join in when I host it again!

Comment: What a great quote! And I love the postcard! It could possibly be the longest postcard I've ever seen! And I've been to that beach several times. Back in the late 1960s, early 1970s, we lived on the other side of the peninsula from this beach. My maiden name was Baker, so of course we had to check out Baker Beach! Thanks for sending it my way!

What a treat, to have so much new reading material while I recover, we have very similar reading tastes, I love Karen White but I haven't read the one you sent & Im excited to be introduced to Jill McCorkle, also The Winter Sea has been on my" to read" list. You easily spent the minimum on each kid and then some plus the shipping was outrageous! You certainly didn't need to be so generous but you certainly made my boys very happy! Jameson would like me to trade with you for more gum and cola candy! He loves them. Did you know the cola ones are even fizzy? Amazing. Thank you soooo much. You rock! ETA: When I rated you, the book packages hasn't gotten here yet. You are amazing! The amount you spent on postage alone was 10x the swap minimum! They kids are extra thrilled! With 3 days between getting the packages, it was a whole additional bonus. Yeah!

Not sure if anyone else mentioned the condition of their envelope... my envelope was falling apart when I got it out of my mailbox and the notecard was split in half at the fold. I think the crown got caught in their machine since it was detached from the card. I hope nothing fell out of the envelope! Some rough handling by USPS I'd say.
Response: WOW! I'm so sorry! I've never had a problem with the post office (that I know of) mangling an envie on me. There were some extra papers to cushion the front of the card, and then the ATC itself inside the card. Again, I'm so sorry it arrived in such bad shape.

Great that you can keep using that too! =) It was so much fun putting your package together. We have some great thrift stores here in San Jse and I'm a bit of an addict with them. Even the clutch I used for my wedding and the rhinestone brooches in my bouquet came from thrift stores. If you 're ever looking for something in particular and aren't having any luck, let me know. Seriously I find all kinds of things here!

Response: damn! I thought I had bubble wrapped it well enough.I'm so sorry! I'm glad that you can transfer it though, and glad you like the vintage one too. For the swirled one I drip a few drops of one color, tilt it a bit, drip another color, tilt again, drip a third color, then very slowly tilt it until the colors cover the inside. Then I simply put it upside down over the tray it came in so the excess can drip out and it dries. Thanks for the rating!

My son helped me open the package (great job by the way) and pulled them out and laughed and laughed and wouldn't let me get my grubby mitts on them. He then (quite gravely) said, "mom, you have GOT to get a grip on yourself, you get WAY to excited over dead people books. Ha! He is just a little snot (a 35 year old booger). He gets great satisfaction in pointing to the people while I'm trying to read a recipe and casually informing me that everyone pictured is dead dead dead. I usually casually inform him that perhaps it was the exact recipe that I am preparing THIS VERY SECOND that was their downfall. I always offer him seconds. This swap brings me back to my childhood when we used to get a couple of pennies or a nickel when we went grocery shopping with my mom. Back then, the gum and toys were mixed together, so you didn't know what you might get. Guess I'm sounding old! THANKS!

Response: I am SO SO SO glad you like it all! This was the biggest challenge for me to complete because I just couldn't get everything I wanted to do for it to come together. In the end I wound up scrapping putting together a brochure with pictures, having LBF draw out a resort map, and printing up lift tickets for skiing. I think my favorite part was the menu. Yeah, I'll be in the gluttons part of Hell. ; ) hehe!

Comment: I love all 3 ornaments - thank you! The felt penguin (with such a cute little fish in his hands! lol) and the pink and white snowlady (with a flower on her hat) are delightful. You have also done an excellent job on the vintage 1950s style glittery paper star ornament - it really looks like it has been around for 50 years - very realistic! Comment: Dogs are the best companions and very loyal. Mine helped me through my divorce and ever other up and down I've had. I have a younger brother who is a health nut and I'm, well, his polar opposite, but I'll tell you what he tells me about weight. The struggle is 90% mental and when you are ready you will consciously make the decision to do it and you will make the changes in your life that you need to in order to make it happen.
