Response: I'm trying to remember what it looked like but it was most likely done with a Gelli printing plate and stencils that I cut on my Cameo machine.

Response: Wow you got it fast! A lot of the stickers I make myself using my laser printer and Silhouette cameo machine's "print and cut" feature. Some of them were from one of those sticker pack of the month subscriptions. I'm glad you got a kick out of the letter, haha!

It was bringing out worst aggro snarkiness, and it goes down fast from there. Your snarkiness, on the other hand, is very clever. How many of those "keys in the bowl" games have you actually played?
Response: Well, I did so many because I had a three hour flight's worth of time to kill last week, so kept myself entertained the entire way from Phoenix to Seattle coming up with my snarks.

Comment: That was some SWEET RPS! Who knew that two kids and a mom needed 3 plastic pears, a remote, fizzy candy, some fabric scraps, Flarp!, and a picture of a bear on a toilet? Son glommed onto remote as his personal totem (supplanted stuffed chameleon AND Hot Wheels for the evening), and tried to carry around pears. Pears potential source of conflict between daughter and son, but she settled on Flarp! and fizzy candy. Son and husband also appreciated fizzy candy and Flarp!, leaving me triumphant with bear on toilet PC, which is really the prize pick! I have never had so much family fun with RPS! Well, maybe, but it has been a while ... Thanks!!!

It opened up a whole new world to me. I also live in WA and am delighted to hear that the Snoqualmie Valley cannot be developed! Blessings for that. I,too, have always been a night owl. I'm seeing more sunrises on some days now only because I am not currently working and I have actually shifted further forward. Sunrise can now be the last thing I see before getting some sleep. Again, thank you for sharing. I would gladly give you multiple hearts if I could.
Response: I've been using one of the free Sylva Mind relaxation meditations on my iPad to help me fall asleep for the past year! If I don't listen to something I will never fall asleep. Currently I enjoy listening to historical documentaries on Netflix to go to sleep, and I swear I have never heard the ending of any of them. I just hope I am absorbing the knowledge while unconscious. I never did the Sylva program itself, but I have heard good things and sometimes think about looking into it more.

Comment: Suey, the flag you sent me is fantastic! I love everything about it. I'm also a little hesitant to put this out with all the others... they get the hell whipped out of them every day. They move up and down on the line I have them on. Sometimes they will be all huddled up in the corner, and then sometimes they break off into small groups. Right now they are in sets of 2 all down the line with about 2 feet in between. Active little suckers. Oh, hahaha... Steve just saw the flag and said "Oooh, fancy ballsack!" LOL What it must be like being married to us, huh?
Response: I'm so glad you like it! I know what you mean about not wanting to put them out, but I've had some out all summer and they've done well, of course winter is a different story. What I did is took some heavy thread and sewed each flag onto the line with a couple stitches and they all stay lined up nicely.

Comment: I am DELIGHTED with this autumn ATC, Sue! I love the embossing on back of card stock you used and the virtual "hologram" effect of the golden dragonflies. How did you do that? I'd love to find the Little Moments I've Loved stamp also. Fall here in the Houston area means temps still in 80s to low 90s! Some cool fronts eventually come through and brown leaves fall from trees just before Christmas! After 35 years here, I still long for four season, especially the magic of autumn foliage--the last splendid "hurrah!" of the growing season! I knew when I saw your envelope that I was going to LOVE anything inside it! THANKS for a lovely touch of real fall for me!
Response: I'm so glad you like it! And, THANK YOU for giving me my 400th heart! I used Perfect Medium and Perfect Pearls for the hologram-ish dragonfly. I am trying to use supplies that I never use, so it was fun to experiment with.

Comment: Wow - what an awesome little piece of craftsmanship. Are you sure this is your very first puzzle piece? I am pleased it came to me as my very first puzzle piece. It is really nifty and I think I may have to try one myself. I love the idea of stringing ribbon on it to be used as a decoration. Nice job!!!!!
Response: Thank you! Yes, I saw the idea at a craft store to cut the double images and use the foam to make them 3-D. I used my Cricut to cut out the puzzle piece shapes because my skill with scissors would NOT have looked precise at all! I just loved that paper and I think when I add eyelets to anything it always makes it look professional! And I love dangly bits. I guess it had all my favorite things on it! I'm so glad you like it. I thought about you could make it into a fridge magnet as well.

From the District Market card, to the Timmy tissue paper, which I opened oh so carefully, your swap is pure class! I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw the altered altoid tin and I hadn't even got to the bag charm at that point. I love the charm! Oh how I love it! The beads are beautiful and your wire work devine. I LOVE the teeny light bulb, where do you get this stuff? I love what you did with the acetate, haven't used that technique in a long while. I love the background too and the use of that yummy fiber! What a clever idea to leave the mermaid's tail off the page like it's moving or swishing. Nothing fell off my page so thought I had better explain what I meant! Comment: Awesome job. I love the texture of the background and the mermaid image you used. A large portion of the beads on her tail have cracked off though. Not site what type of glue works best on acetate, but I am going to try something!
Response: shoot I am so sorry, that was my biggest fear and I tried to package it stiffly. I used Diamond Glaze to set the beads in so maybe you can reattach the chunk if it is still in one piece? So sorry!!

I used black ink pen (Uni-Ball Signo RT UMN-138: .038 size nib, these are waterproof so great for pen and wash; get at jetpens.com), Prismacolor markers, Prismacolor colored pencil, and the magic thing that pulls it all together (in my opinion) is a white Uni-ball Signo UM-153 pen (the ONLY white gel pen to own, get them also at jetpens.com). Those white pens are the best discovery for adding highlights to drawings and watercolor paintings. Now you know the secret!

The solid lotion is perfect for me as I always need some to keep my skin from drying out and it smells so good! The prayer flags are just gorgeous, very artistic; They hang over my bed right now and are just the thing to bring cheer to my waking thoughts! The gaia zine is fantastic. That C.S. Luis book was on my reading list and I have always wanted a copy of peter pan, and the fabric swatch is just my thing. The decoration/coating is torn tissue paper applied with Golden clear gloss gel, then sprayed over with Krylon webbing paint. Well, I guess I know what I'm doing now since you squealed with delight. Comment: Thanks for the wonderful letter, the great music CD, the button and bookmark as well- all awesome! Just one questions - how did you lable your CD -the sticker almost looks metallic - the ones we getup here are just paper - or is that just a paper CD sticker on the CD?
Response: Glad you liked it! I actually print directly onto the CD (specially coated for printing) with my Epson R300 printer, its not a sticker.
