Comment: I've worked in plenty of crafting time. Yesterday, I went to our local library where we have a group that meets every Tuesday morning. Then in the afternoon, I showed the workers at the library and some crafters how to make paper flowers with crepe paper... there was a workshop scheduled for kids but only 2 kids showed up, so we helped them and just kept making paper flowers... you never know what sort of mess I'll get into!!

Comment: I love this swap that @christy102194 has for goals and I dislike it because it makes me think of goals! I keep signing up for it because its good for me! Like bran. On the other hand, I love reading other's letters and see that they are in the same boat as me at times. Doing well on one goal and not so well on another. I also need to get rid of some crafting stuff. I am thinking of holding a RAK give away. As far as exercising, I found that just walking is working well. Surprisingly well and it is not hard to do. Better than not moving at all! I look forward to your next letter. OH OH and these tags of the drawn gals are so cute! Thank you!

Response: I sent you a message that said I would make you another flipbook using a different color. I had started on it before we were assigned partners because it said sender's choice. The flipbook I sent has several colors in it besides pink but like I said I can resend making it a different color.

Comment: Shelly, you sent this 4 days late without contacting me. :( You logged in the day after it was due too. I noticed you were late on some other swaps at this time too. :/ Communication is key, and sending on time is part of the swap requirements -- sadly, the only part that is impossible to make up due to our lack of time traveling devices. Re: the swap itself, you sent some great tapes, thanks! However, the cards you wrapped them around weren't coated in packing tape or plastic-coated, so a lot of tape peeled up part of the card and became unusable when I removed it. There was more than 100" so that part of the swap requirements was filled but it's still sad to see perfectly good washi destroyed. Also, you forgot to decorate the outside of the envie with washi.
Response: I'm sorry! I'm the director of a daycare and had some serious staffing problems at work. That's why swaps were late.

Comment: Thank you so much for all the neat stuff! I love the textured silver and owl washi and the note cards, especially. I also enjoyed reading your letter. Your pupper sounds super adorable! I've had sort of a long-standing love affair with space and the universe in general. I love reading the different theories and learning how it all comes together. I'm also a fan of dystopian novels - one of my favorites is The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. Very deep, stirring, and emotional stuff. There's so much to explore in that particular genre.
